How MEGAdeals Works

We have negotiated a selection of MEGAdeals for our members to enjoy. Our Partners can only make a limited number of MEGAdeals available each month, so some may sell out before the availability period has ended. If you are definitely interested you should buy ASAP even if a MEGAdeal has several days to run as it may sell out before.

If you like a MEGAdeal, just click the BUY NOW button to buy. Please double-check the Terms & Conditions for the particular MEGAdeal you are interested in, as these differ for each MEGAdeal. Also each month a particular partner may change their Terms & Conditions compared to the previous month.

You can buy several MEGAdeal vouchers for a group, for repeat visits, or as gifts. You will also be given the opportunity to buy other MEGAdeals in the one transaction. You can also buy MEGAdeals for more than one of our partners in the same transaction once you are at the checkout. This is a simple process. When pay day comes why not plan your whole months entertainment & pampering in one go?

Shortly after your purchase is completed you will receive an email. The MEGAdeal vouchers you have bought will be attached. The email will also include a link to MEGAdeals.uk.com allowing you to download the voucher from the My Account section of the site. You can always go to the My Purchases section of your Account to view and download all your MEGAdeal purchases.

If you are buying MEGAdeal vouchers as gifts, you will receive the vouchers in your email. You can then forward on the relevant attachment as a gift at the appropriate time. Let them know that if they lose the email you can download a copy for them.

If you think some of your friends and family may be interested in the same MEGAdeal that you have purchased then you should tell them. For example, it might be much more fun to go out to the restaurant with a group of friends, especially if you have all purchased the same MEGAdeal voucher. (Splitting the bill could get a bit complicated if some in the party have a MEGAdeal voucher and some don’t.)

How do I use my MEGAdeal?

Shortly after you purchase your MEGAdeal voucher it will be sent directly to your registered email address as an attachment and as links to megadeals.uk.com. From there you can print the voucher. All further instructions on how to use the MEGAdeal voucher, and all relevant Terms & Conditions, will be detailed on the voucher.

What if I didn’t receive my emailed voucher?

Make sure to add our email address (megadeals@megadeals.uk.com) to your address book in order to prevent your spam filter from blocking our emails. If you still cannot find your emailed voucher then please visit www.megadeals.uk.com. Your purchased voucher(s) will appear under the My Purchases header in the My Account section of the site. 

When can I use my MEGAdeal?

You can use your MEGAdeal at any time from the point of purchase up until the specified expiry date, but also within the specified day and time validity restrictions as detailed within the full Terms & Conditions on the voucher.

Can I buy a MEGAdeal more than once?

Multiple purchases of a single MEGAdeal can be made in a single transaction. This allows you to purchase MEGAdeals as gifts for other people, and also so that you can use the MEGAdeal on multiple occasions. However, this is not possible if the MEGAdeal is specified as being valid for new clients only as with the hairdressing MEGAdeals.

Can I buy a MEGAdeal for someone else?

You can purchase MEGAdeals as gifts for other people. These will be emailed to you as attachments so that you can forward them on at the appropriate time.

Can I use my MEGAdeal along with another offer?

MEGAdeals are not valid in conjunction with any other deal, offer or discount.

Should I recommend MEGAdeals to friends?

Please recommend MEGAdeals to your friends, but only if you think they could benefit from the deals. You won’t make anything from doing so. We don’t offer any incentives for recommending MEGAdeals so you can do so safe in the knowledge that your friends won’t think that you are “on the make”.

What if my voucher expires before I can use it?

Please check first with our partner as they may agree for you to use the voucher after the expiry date subject to a £5 surcharge. If necessary please email us at help@megadeals.uk.com and we will try to help.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

MEGAdeals will refund your purchase if you change your mind within five days after you have purchased your MEGAdeal voucher. We will also refund you if our partner goes out of business. If there are exceptional circumstances where you have not been able to redeem a voucher before its expiry our partner may agree for you to use the voucher after the expiry date.
